Company Driver

We pay for experience

  • SOLO – 2 or more years verifiable driving experience – up to .46 cpm
  • TEAM – 2 or more years verifiable driving experience – up to 27.5 cpm per driver
  • Drivers lounges at our terminals in Dallas, Lubbock, and Amarillo
  • No touch freight and trailer pools
  • Weekly settlements paid every Thursday
  • Home weekly for 34 hour restart
  • 1 week Paid vacation at your 1st anniversary
  • SOLO – Average miles of 2850+ per week are yours for the taking
  • TEAM – Average miles of 5500+ per week are yours for the taking
  • New model tractors 2019 or newer

All equipped with APU’s with inverters and refrigerators

Owner Operator

  • $1.15 per dispatched miles
  • Reefer fuel paid by the company
  • Drivers lounges at our terminals in Dallas, Lubbock, and Amarillo
  • No touch freight and trailer pools
  • Weekly settlements paid every Friday
  • Average miles of 2850+ per week are yours for the taking

Lanes of Traffic

Minimum Driver Requirements

  • Minimum of 24 months of verifiable professional, over the road experience with a similar operation in past 36 months. 
  • Minimum of 6 months of verifiable professional, over the road/ Reefer or van Experience in the last 36 months. 
  • Valid Class-A CDL from state of residence.
  • Minimum of 23 years old.
  • No More than 10 Jobs in the last 24 months.
  • Must be able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen. Must have at least 3 months remaining on current medical certification. Or get a DOT physical before leaving orientation. 
  • No drug/alcohol related convictions, refusals, or positive tests in past ten (10) years (from date of resolution if criminal). None ever in CMV or DOT regulated position.  
  • No more than two (2) moving violation or Unsafe Driving violations (from CSA) in past 12 months. No more than three (3) in past 36 months. 
  • None of the following in the past 60 months;
    • Leaving the Scene of an Accident;
    • Hit and Run;
    • Homicide with Motor Vehicle/Vehicular Homicide;
    • Participating in Racing, Exhibition of Speed;
    • Wrong Way on Highway;
    • Driving with Disqualified, Suspended, Revoked or Cancelled License;
    • Speeding of 20mph or greater over posted;
    • Reckless Driving;
    • Erratic/Improper Lane Change resulting in an Accident; 
    • Following Too Close resulting in an Accident;
    • Any preventable accident resulting in a fatality;
    • Violation of an Out of Service order;
    • Fleeing/Attempting to Elude;
    • Any other violation of 383.51 (serious moving violations)
  • No suspensions, revocations, disqualifications, etc., in past 36 months.
    • Exception – One (1) allowed if medical certification or failure to appear or pay related.
  • No more than two (2) preventable crash in past 36 months.
    • No critical crashes (rollover, U-turn, loss of control, rear end, or lane change) in most recent 36 months.
    • Must have minimum of six (6) months of accident free driving in OTR tractor trailer if terminated for accidents.
  • No Felony Convictions within five (5) years of resolution.  And never if
    • Fraud/Robbery/Embezzlement, Kidnapping, Abuse of a Minor, Violent Felonies, or drug charges with Intent to sell/distribute. 
  • No Misdemeanor Convictions within three (3) years of resolution. 
  • No involuntary termination from last driving job regardless of reason.
    • Layoff is based on Manager Approval once VOE is completed.
